“Dogs and angels are not very far apart.” (Charles Bukowski). This would describe Miss Remi Victoria Frenchie perfectly. (The Notorious RVF).
This 3 year old angel came to SNORT due to an infection which was successfully treated in foster care. Now she is ready to start the next chapter of her life in her forever home!
Remi Victoria is a beautiful girl who wants nothing more than to be by your side, loving you and you loving her. She is a perfect companion.
She is housebroken, well mannered, doesn’t mind a crate and is a charmer. Remi Victoria loves to cuddle – it’s actually her mission to cuddle all the time. Remi Victoria NEEDS to be loved. She loves to lay on the couch with you and just snuggle and snuggle and then…..snuggle. This must be a part of the daily activities.
Now, if you have a toy and want to play she will not turn you down. She loves to play chase with a ball so you can plan on this activity with her, as well. Although she is not fluent in commands, she does know sit, when she wants to. Typical French Bulldog in that scenario.
Remi Victoria would do fine in a home with a well-mannered dog (unknown about cats), but she is much more focused on humans. She doesn't enjoy young pups that do not know personal space and are in her face. If there were other dogs in the house, a more mature one would be best. She is a little bit insecure and can be nervous, so a home with very young children (under age 5) may be too much for her. Also, she may steal the spotlight just by being her. She can melt your heart by just looking at you. She can talk you out of a cookie by just being herself.
She doesn’t need you home all day, but if you happen to be, that’s an added bonus. She wouldn’t mind going to work with you as well. Imagine all the marketing she can do by just looking at someone? She could sell ice to an Eskimo.
Remi Victoria would do well in just about any environment. A family, a single person, a couple you name it, she loves them all. She is quiet and could live in an apartment in the city or in the suburbs or even a more rural environment. She needs to be with a family that will have time for her. She is great on a leash so a fenced in yard is not a must but would be nice especially for playing ball when the weather permits.
Her foster family has said - “She is nothing but love. She has an amazing personality and temperament. This girl has it all. Whoever gets to adopt her has hit the jackpot.”
Is this angel your next family member?
