Cute puppy alert! Cruz is about to break the internet! This 4 month old Frenchton came to SNORT when he was diagnosed with parvo and giardia and his owner could not afford the cost of his care. After spending several days in the hospital receiving intensive care, Cruz has made a full recovery and is now on his way to finding his forever home.
We want to remind you that Cruz is a PUPPY, which means he gets into mischief when he’s left to his own devices. He is not housebroken. He loves to chew. He will need a lot of patience and training to grow into a well-mannered adult dog. He is very active, but is a Velcro pup – he wants to be with his people at all times! He does not like to be crated or penned and has shown us that he can easily climb over any gate. Maybe agility training is in his future?
Cruz is clear of parvo and giardia, but does need to be kept away from unvaccinated or immunocompromised dogs for at least one year, because he can still infect other dogs through his feces. He will also need to be neutered when he is old enough.
This handsome pup loves to play with other dogs and has typical bursts of Boston terrier energy, mixed with Frenchie laziness. He’s a quiet dog and not destructive (for a puppy) and would really benefit from a home with other dogs to keep him company and teach him how to be a big boy.
Do you have the time and patience to help Cruz reach his full potential? If so, submit a SNORT adoption application today!
