As a proper Englishman, I'm known for my polished good looks, impeccable manners, & easy going temperament -- but I'm also quite a foodie too. Whether, kibble, a good bone, or a treat, I embrace a good taste bud challenge. In fact, I love snackies so much that I've been named "Snacks" by the S.N.O.R.T. peoples. I am 2-3 years old and reside in Brooklyn with my foster parents and their 7 year old French Bulldog named Lorenzo.
As I mentioned, I have impeccable manners. I am fully housetrained and know some basic commands such as: sit, down, paw and walk. (Snacks and walks are my favorite things!) I'm also very hygiene conscious and even try to clean Lorenzo's ears but he isn't crazy about me giving him the wet willies, so I was told to cease and desist with the ear baths. For example, I will need daily cleaning/maintenance of my wrinkles and although I am not a fan, I tolerate it like the good bloke I am.
Foster mama describes me as obedient, lovable and easy going. Not to brag, but I think she forgot to add brilliant. I am not a barker, and prefer to listen instead of talk. I enjoy people of all ages, but am still a little clumsy, so children under 5 might be too little to be around a muscle man like myself. I don't get fussed up about much at all. I could very well be the perfect man. This whole shelter in place situation is fine with me. I'm content to keep you company on a neighborhood stroll, or watch Netflix and indulge in popcorn snackies on the couch. If you work from home, I will cross my paws and promise to be quiet as a church mouse.
My past is a bit of a mystery. I had a few dark days recently and was found abandoned, tied to a pole when some good Samaritans took me to the Vet and contacted the S.N.O.R.T. peoples. To get me good as new, I had surgery for my eyes (I had eyelids that rolled into my eyes making it very uncomfortable) and while they were taking care of that, they helped my palate. I am all better from the great care of my foster family. The doctor told me I also have some mild arthritis, so I'm looking for a home or apartment without several flights of steps.
I'm focusing on brighter days ahead, with snackies on the couch, a daily exercise walk and a family or person of my own.
