If you want the best of all worlds, you’ll get that with Hobo. Hobo loves to eat, be with his people and rest in his comfy bed. He's a great companion.
When it comes to other animals, Hobo is good with the resident dogs and would enjoy furry companionship or wouldn’t mind being an only fur baby as well. Since he is an older gentleman, all his non furry people should be adults so he can have a calm retirement community. Hobo is 14 in age but he's in amazing shape. The veterinarian thought his age was wrong in his records and he was more like 10 years old. He's extremely healthy for an older guy
Not being terribly athletic, Hobo is perfectly happy with a backyard or walks. He would do well in the home, townhouse or an apartment.
The intelligent fellow that he is, Hobo doesn’t really respond to commands as he was probably never taught, however does listen to being called. (Don’t call him late to dinner). He is not a barker, nor does he get overstimulated. Hobo had definitely been fed people food before coming to his foster home and he is now fed a home cooked diet. SNORT would love someone to spoil him and continue to feed him what he's currently eating if possible. He relishes it. He also takes supplements that help him in his older age.
Hobo will need someone who is home all day. He deserves it. Work from home? Sure. Retired, yes please. He has always had someone with him and he only finds himself in rescue as his older owner went into a nursing home.
He is an amazing dog. He is very “go with the flow,” loving and ready to curl up with you on a comfy bed. He is laid back and just wants to be with his people and deserves a loving home for his golden years. Are you that perfect partner? Please fill out an application today.
