Please note: A non-refundable application fee is required to submit your application.
Your application will not be reviewed until your payment has been processed.
The application fee is considered a donation and helps to offset the care of our dogs in need.
S.N.O.R.T. only adopts to residents of NJ, NY, PA, MD, DE, VA, WV, DC, CT, RI, MA, NH, VT and ME.
Applicants who live outside of this area will not be considered.
In addition, we do not ship our dogs or provide assistance with transportation to adoptive homes. Adoptive homes must be willing to travel to the foster home to pickup their adoptee.
If you have submitted an application and you are not chosen for this particular dog (many wonderful families) we may contact you for another dog that you may be a perfect fit for.
If you see another dog you are interested in, please APPLY for that dog.
Each dog deserves to have all questions answered specific to them and are more likely to be considered. Thank you.
IMPORTANT: If you do not see the dog you are interested in listed in the selections below, this means we are not accepting applications for that dog at this time.
Please do not submit an application for a dog that is not listed below, as they are likely already pending adoption, or are still in foster care and are still being evaluated.
