Batman

Batman

Batman — 6-year-old, 28 lb Frenchie/Boston mix fostered in Boston, MA. Think less caped crusader, more cape-adjacent cuddle crimefighter.

This guy’s resume: neutered, housebroken, crate-trained, and fluent in sit, paw, come, and go-to-bed. He’s a professional napper, part-time blanket thief, and will happily accept applications for a personal lap. Raised with kids, he greets humans like they’re celebrities and bonds fast—especially with humans who hand out ear scratches and snacks.

Quirks and plot twists: Batman has a luxating patella (he’s got a hobble in his step and needs help getting into cars or onto couches)that with some exercise can strengthen. He also has seasonal allergy drama (OTC and special diet keep the sniffles at bay). He once practiced “exclusive dining” with a housemate dog—so unless you enjoy culinary drama, feed him separately at first. Cat résumé: unknown. He also tolerates vet visits with the dignified resignation of someone who knows it at least isn’t the Dentist for a root canal.

Ideal gig: a routine-loving household—single person, couple, family, or retiree—who can offer short walks, lots of cuddles, and an occasional assist getting onto the throne (sofa). Batman brings kisses, curiosity, a low-level zoomie when inspired, and an uncanny ability to find the comfiest pillow.
