Sweet Ellie is an outgoing girl has already warmed many hearts. She was surrendered with her brother to a shelter due to divorce and now resides near Boston.
Ellie is a young 13. She enjoys playing with toys, especially balls. She is also very fond of kiddie pools. Ellie loves people and wiggles her whole body with enthusiasm to greet her people friends. In the evening she is known to fall asleep and snore in her favorite person’s lap.
Ellie became a forever foster when she was diagnosed with a mass in her abdomen, congestive heart failure, arthritis on her back and knees that make it hard for her walk too long. She is as sweet as candy and enjoys life to the fullest. Her foster family happily agreed to be her final home for as long as she has. She takes meds and supplements to help her.
An update from her mom: “She is doing amazing. She will be going back to the vet for an ultra sound to see how her cancer is doing. She is eating. Playing. Snuggling kissing and being a perfect little lady. She is on her meds for her heart failure. We are so in love. For me she is the reason why we foster hospice dogs.”
She would appreciate finding a sponsor or donor to help offset the medical costs. Just click one of the above tabs to help Ellie.
