My name is Hazel and I like shopping and jewelry. I especially like shopping FOR jewelry, but what girl doesn't? Do you like my new necklace? It's made of baubles and beads and totally takes the focus off of my wrinkles! The reason that I'm getting all gussied up is because I am getting ready to celebrate my 10th birthday this month. In addition to jewelry, I like just about everything - people, other dogs, biscuits, and I've lived with cats in my prior home. But most of all I like is head scratches from my favorite person and will give kisses for head scratches.
Right now I'm in a period of transition. You see - my owner moved and couldn't take me along, which made me very sad. I will admit that I was comfort eating and spending my pennies frivolously there for awhile. Now that I'm in a foster home, I am on a diet and my jewelry fund has been drastically cut. (OMG!) Not to worry, I have a plan to look and feel my best so that I can start looking for my forever home. In the meantime, I had some dental work done and I'm settling into my new digs here with foster mama and her dogs.
