This handsome man “Pip” is named after famous artists and musicians so we are pretty sure he’s gonna grow to be something special. Right now adorable little Pip the pug is adjusting to the finer things life has to offer. Pip is a 5 year old breeder surrender pure bred male pug who has had very little human contact in his life. Pip isn’t quite sure why being retired means he has to learn all sorts of new things like potty training, drinking from a bowl instead of a water feeder and sleeping in a bed. But young Pip is a quick study and is curious to learn all about being a dog.
Pip is being treated for an eye infection and a respiratory infection. He will also need a neuter before he is available for adoption. Once he is cleared medically, Pip will be introduced to the other dogs in his foster home, including Louis, the black pug mix who entered S.N.O.R.T. recently. Pip is showing signs of wanting to be part of a pack, so we feel he will interact well & appreciate having other dogs help show him the ropes. Stay tuned for Pip to be available for adoption once he is feeling a bit better. When the time comes, he will need an adopter who has the patience to teach Pip the basics and appreciate seeing him reach his full pug potential.
