More About Me

Please note: ** By applying you acknowledge that we do NOT hold dogs and if chosen as the adopter, you are prepared to adopt and pick up at time of approval.
If you think my ears are my greatest attribute, it's only because you haven't met the rest of me. I hear the whispers and know I'm as cute as a bug's ear, but it's my personality that will win you over. My name is Milo, I'm just 3 years old and a perfect mix of Frenchie/Boston Terrier which makes me an official Frenchton! I'm at the S.N.O.R.T adoption center to find my forever love. I'm as charming as Taylor Swift and as much of an athlete as Travis Kelce, so I just know my perfect match is out there. Right now I live in Rochester N.Y. but I am ready to be adopted and willing to travel!

I am a social butterfly who loves to play with other dogs. I like to chase, wrestle and have fun. I'd love to have a canine brother or sister, but I require a dog with patience, since my on switch is always on and I'm ready invite you to play by biting ears and barking. You could say that I'm the life of the party! When I'm not playing with other dogs, I want to be on my BFF person. Not just with them but stuck to them like glue. I have been told my 20-pound frame can nearly beat the door down to get in the bedroom to sleep in the person bed at night. Under covers is where I am most comfy. This is non-negotiable. I must touch my person as much as possible, even at night.

The reason I came to the SNORT adoption place is because I recently was diagnosed with Epilepsy and my former owner, who clearly loved me, could not keep me on a medicine schedule with their other life obligations. Making the difficult decision to rehome me, was painful but necessary. I have a lot of humans in my corner to keep me healthy and happy.

My foster parent says that I am needy...but I am simply an active, inquisitive 3-year-old who finds the recycling, especially cardboard very exciting to get my paws on. Stuffy toys don't stand a chance with me either.  An ever-vigilant protector, if you leave my sight, I will cry like a baby to make sure you can hear me and return quickly. Perhaps I do have a few emotional needs in addition to my medical condition. My ideal home would have someone around most of the time, or a dog walker so that I get ample attention and stimulation. When it comes to outside potty, I want you right there so I can show it to you. If you are not watching and making a big deal over my efforts, I have been known to sneaky potty inside. Sometimes I wear a belly band in foster care.

With the charm of a rock star and the agility of an athlete, I simply want a lot of attention and someone to make a big deal over my many talents.  I am super friendly and will likely do well with any age group of people. I have not been exposed to cats and I prefer young, active dog playmates. Since I can be vocal when alone, perhaps close neighbors, or apartment living is not ideal for me.
