Meet Stan Lee – velcro pug and lover of all things canine!
This charming 9 year old fellow lived a wonderful life with a loving lady. When she passed away, Stan found himself alone too often and came to SNORT in search of a new companion.
Stan is a huge fan of other dogs and would love a home that includes a patient and playful friend. He enjoys going on long walks to explore the neighborhood and does an adorable little dance when he needs to go potty. This smarter-than-average pug’s best trick is “looking cute”, but he’s also working on learning “sit”.
Since Stan grew up always having his lady by his side, he does prefer the company of women and is a bit nervous when he’s left alone, but his anxiety is improving since being in foster care. In a perfect world, Stan would love to have someone who can be with him all day or take him along with them as their co-pilot. He’d make a great office mascot – this micromanager loves to nap and his only rule would be that everyone would be that everyone is required to give him a bite of their lunch!
For most of his life, Stan enjoyed the quiet tranquility of the suburbs and city life has been a bit of an adjustment for him. His ideal home would be in a low activity, low traffic neighborhood. A single story home would be great, since stairs are a bit challenging for Stan – a couple of steps are fine, but he prefers to be carried up and down.
Stan takes medication twice a day to prevent seizures and has not had any episodes since being in foster care. With no other medical issues, he is the perfect senior pug!
